"I have never heard of Daoyin Tao - what is it?"A face, neck, head and shoulders massage - pronounced dow yin tow - as in town.
Itis a powerful synergy of softened and adapted Chinese and stylised Western massage techniques.
"How does it work?"
We all have energy flowing through our body on channels called meridians. Daoyin Tao releases trapped and stagnant energy, thus allowing the body to begin the process of healing itself from within, often at the deepest level.
"What will happen when I come for a treatment?"
The focus is on treating the person rather than a specific ailment - a short confidential consultation will help me to plan an treatment indiviudal to your needs. You will need to remove any earrings or other jewellery, and your shirt or top. You will then be covered with a soft warm towel to relax as I use a small amount of oil to massage your head, neck, face and shoulders. If you do not like oil in your hair - let me know and I will avoid this.

Treatment costs are £25 for a half hour treatment - allow about forty minutes in total to include consultation.
