It lifted my spirits and my self esteem, gave me a sense of peace and perspective on my life, and I knew I wanted to support others to access the well-being and coming together of mind, body and spirit as I had done.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and underwent a Confirmation of Professional Standards entry examination with them to gain membership after gaining my ITEC Diploma in Reflexology.
